Reportage
In 2005–2007, Elizabeth worked as a photographer and videographer during the war in Northern Uganda, documenting the conflict and humanitarian relief efforts. She filmed in internal displacement camps, recorded interviews with former child soldiers and ex–Lord’s Resistance Army commanders, and accompanied UN agencies and NGOs on aid deliveries. Her work captured the resilience, hardships, and hopes of those affected, resulting in over 100 hours of footage and photographs later used by NGO’s and the Liu Institute in Canada, and presented in a public exhibition in Melbourne and an educational series in schools.
